- To fulfil a contract. Your personal data (as listed above) is used to process orders, raise delivery notes and invoices for goods purchased from us by yourself.
- Availability Lists. If you have requested to be signed up to our availability list.
We do not pass on or sell any of your details to third parties for marketing purposes but we may pass on your information for the following purposes with your permission.
- Delivery information required for a 3rd party, delivering directly on our behalf.
- Where required to do so by law.
